  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (if applicable)

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or original payment method (if applicable).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear pictures as proof.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank/payment provider.

  • If still not resolved, contact us directly.
