  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during high-demand periods or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable).

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.

  • Please ensure availability on call for order confirmation to avoid delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp (if available).

  • You can track your order through the courier service.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery.

  • Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • Super Bazaar is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with proof (images/video).

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
